When you Buy a used ECP EECP Machine from an unauthorized re-seller (other than the manufacturer), it generally comes with some risk. Most ECP & EECP companies do NOT like to provide service, support or sell accessories unless you buy directly from the manufacture. However, this has recently changed.
We can confirm that when you buy a used EECP machine from an entity other than Vasomedical, you will find service & support is available but at a very steep price tag. Vasomedical offers an program to ‘certify’ the EECP machine but only on certain models EECP systems. If you are considering a Vasomedical EECP Therapy system, you should contact us as our network provides some 3rd party options for service, supplied & support on model MC-2, Model TS-3, Model TS-4.
Other companies like Applied Cardiac Systems (ACS) will also provide service & support when you buy their used ECP Therapy systems but with an equally high price tag.
